ITC Hotels - Fortune India, with approximately 48 properties across the country, faced the challenge of translating its vast physical presence into a strong and profitable digital booking channel. The primary challenge was to efficiently drive direct room bookings and increase overall hotel revenue through a targeted and scalable digital advertising strategy.




The Goal:

The main objective was to increase direct room bookings and hotel revenue by leveraging digital campaigns. The client aimed to achieve a significant return on ad spend (ROAS) to ensure profitability and demonstrate the value of their online advertising efforts.




Our Solution:

H&H implemented a strategic Google Search Campaign that followed a BCG (Brand, Generic, and Competitor) strategy. Our approach involved targeting a comprehensive set of keywords, including branded terms for Fortune Hotels, generic terms related to hotel bookings, and keywords related to competitors. We meticulously managed a campaign budget of approximately ₹8 lakhs over four months to maximize direct website bookings.
